1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions apply to every member who uses the 33cd platform and its services. By registering an account on 33cd or by continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have given your full consent to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the platform.

33cd operates as a secure and reliable online gaming platform, ensuring SSL encryption and fair play. The minimum age to use the platform is 21.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services at 33cd:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• A person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Keeping account login details confidential is the member's own responsibility. Accounts are non-transferable.

33cd may request completion of an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on 33cd are carried out under the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (via any payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, etc.).
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed only after verification is completed.
• If an incorrect deposit or withdrawal occurs due to a technical error, 33cd reserves the right to correct it.

If financial fraud or suspicious transactions are detected, 33cd reserves the right to take action in accordance with legal procedures.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

33cd offers promotional bonuses from time to time. The currently applicable welcome bonus terms are:

• Bonus rate: 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500; deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive a ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳24,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25x (applied to the bonus amount, not the deposit).
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets before withdrawing.
• The bonus applies only to bets placed on eligible games. Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• A member may not claim the welcome bonus more than once or through a third party.

33cd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice. If a bonus is found to have been obtained through fraud, it will be cancelled.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

33cd's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Members who remain regularly active and play more games may be promoted to a higher tier. VIP tier benefits apply only to active members and do not apply to any inactive or suspended accounts. 33cd may change the detailed terms of the VIP program at any time.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on 33cd are operated under a fair play policy. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug in the system. If such an error is discovered, it must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Claiming bonuses or other benefits through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any game by colluding with other members.

33cd reserves the right to cancel payments that were approved due to a technical error. In such situations, the account balance may be corrected.

7 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

If any of the following activities are proven, 33cd may immediately suspend or permanently close the associated account and forfeit the balance:

• Opening an account with false or misleading information.
• Involvement in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Misuse of chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward any member or staff of the platform.
• Age fraud — that is, registering while under 21 years of age.

In the event of account closure, the member may contact the support team to appeal. However, if a policy violation is proven, the forfeited balance will not be returned.

8 Responsible Gaming

33cd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and we are committed to ensuring it does not have a negative impact on any member's life. Members may use the following features:

• Setting deposit limits.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
• Placing the account in a cooling-off period for a set duration.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

The 33cd platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 33cd accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If a game session is disrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical failure.
• If a problem arises with the software of a third-party game provider.
• Any damage caused by the member's own device or network.
• If the service is temporarily interrupted due to unexpected server downtime.

33cd always strives to ensure service quality, but a guarantee of 100% uninterrupted service cannot be provided.
